The Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation is an organization that rescues abused and sick animals – rehabilitating them, and then finding amazing homes.

Many of the dogs and cats we rescue are severely debilitated, ill, abused, and near death. We get them medical help, use herbs and homeopathy to heal them internally, then transition them to wholesome healthy diets.

As an organization we have a very high success rate when in comes to healing the wounded, and literally take in the animals that people believe are beyond hope.

The most amazing thing about our work is how extremely thankful and forgiving these animals seem to be. From death to life, from abuse to loving families, the dogs and cats we save really make the best companions.

How You Can Help?

The Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based in Los Angeles California. The work we do and the animals we save is only possible through the aid and assistance of people like yourselves and our community.

How you can help?

By donating things like blankets, toys, animal beds and towels. New or old, every little thing helps. We keep many of the donations for the dogs and cats we rescue and rehabilitate, but also donate a large portion of what we collect to other rescues. Instead of throwing your old towels or blankets away you can bring them here. Old baby or toddler toys, they are excellent for both cats and dogs.

Mostly we need help from people around the community in the form of raising awareness and spreading the news when we have a dog or cat all healthy and set for adoption.

Also volunteers!
We need volunteers to help walk dogs, feed the cats, and to fosters the many animals we save.

The Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation is actually located inside the PetStaurant at:

4344 Van Nuys Blvd
Sherman Oaks, CA. 91403

We are a no kill shelter and rescue, and will literally keep a dog forever until he or she finds the perfect home. Many of the dogs we take in have social problems, and so many times we literally have them for an extended period of time. Some of the dogs in our rescue have been returned multiple times for many reasons, but we keep trying until the perfect match is found.

Not only are we in need of help, we also accept donations. We are a 501(c)3 so any donations made to our foundation is tax deductible.

“Nothing heals people or animals more then other people and animals.”
